Mayor Taylor Tanya was elected to Willoughby City Council in December 2021 and re-elected to Willoughby City Council in October 2024. She was the Citizen of the Year of 2020 as well. She had lived in a number of different areas across Australia and have strong background in events management, which has allowed her to actively contribute to the community. Recorded by Willoughby District Historical Society & Museum on 11th March 2024.
